1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 small chopped onion
1 cup grated Velveeta cheese
12 flour tortilla (soft taco size)

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small can evaporated milk
4 oz can chopped green chilies
8 oz Velveeta cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and chopped onion. Add 1 cup Velveeta cheese, and mix until cheese is melted. Equally divide on 12 flour tortillas, roll and place in greased 9"x13" baking dish. Cover with below sauce.

sauce: warm together soup, evaporated milk, green chilies and Velveeta cheese. Pour over rolled enchiladas and back at 350 degrees until bubbly, 20-30 minutes.
