1 c. grits
2 eggs
4 c. water
½ stick butter
1 roll garlic cheese (chopped) (or can use 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese and 1 chopped garlic clove)

Directions:
Cook grits in water in a pan. In a separate bowl lightly beat the eggs. Mix all ingredients and pour into a buttered casserole dish. Bake 400º - 1 hour
