1½ # Hamburger
1 onion, chopped (can substitute 2 T. dried onion)
1 cup celery, chopped ( Mike leaves this out)
½ cup rice, uncooked
½ cup water
1 can of Sliced Mushrooms
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Chicken Rice soup
1 can of water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º.
Soak the rice in 1/2 cup of water. Brown the hamburger, onion and celery. Mix together the rice, mushrooms, soups, and can of water and combine with hamburger mixture.
Place in a 9x13 baking dish. the mixture should not be more than 2 inches deep.

Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325º
