8" pan of baked brownies
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
2 cups milk
1 8 oz pkg. cream cheese
20 Oreo cookies
1 container of Cool Whip (softened)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the pudding mix with the milk then add in the cream cheese. Put the Oreo cookies in a food processor to make into crumbs. In a large bowl crumble of the brownies in the bottom. Cover with of the pudding mixture. Sprinkle with of the cookie crumbs and cover this with of the Cool Whip. Repeat each layer in order again reserving some cookie crumbs to sprinkle over the top.
