2 - 8 oz. pkgs cream cheese, softened
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
4 large tortillas
1 jar (4 oz.) diced pimientos or 1/3 cup finely chopped red pepper
1 can (4 oz.) diced green chilies
1 can (2 1/3 oz) slices ripe olives
½ c. chopped celery

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, onions, and dressing mix; mix well. Spread mixture over tortillas. Drain pimientos, chilies, and olives, blot dry with paper towels. Sprinkle pimientos, chilies, olives, and celery over cream cheese. Roll up tortillas tightly; wrap individually in plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. To serve, cut rolls into 1 inch pieces, discarding ends. Yield: about 3 dozen.
