1 lb (4 cups) pecan halves
1 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 egg white
1 tbsp water

Directions:
Directions:
Cover 2 large cookie sheets with sides with aluminum foil and spray with Pam. Mix and set aside the sugar, salt and cinnamon. Beat the egg white and water with a fork until frothy. Fold pecan halves into egg white mixture. Add in sugar mixture and stir until well coated. Spread pecans on prepared cookie sheet. Bake at 250 for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes.
