Spaghetti Sauce Recipe

1 lb of sausage or ground burger
2 tbsp grape seed oil
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
6 to 8 oz sliced mushrooms
30 oz coarsely chopped tomatoes.
24 oz of tomato sauce
2 8 oz cans of tomato paste
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 1/2 tsp dried basil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp vinegar
grated parmesan cheese

Brown meat, drain grease and add grape seed oil to pan
Add onion, green pepper and mushrooms.
Cook, stirring frequently, until onions are tender.
Add remaining ingredients, except parmesan cheese.
Cook over med-low heat stirring occasionally, for 2 to 3 hours.
Serve with pasta. Top with parmesan to taste.
