1 1/4 c. sugar
2 Sticks butter softened
2 eggs
1 - 8 oz carton sour cream
2 c. flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 large tsp cinnamon, mixed with 2 large tsp's sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a bundt pan well.
Sprinkle the pan with 1/2 the cinnamon and sugar mixture, coating the pan.
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and sour cream, mix well. Add flour, 1 c at a time. Stir in vanilla and soda, mix.
Pour 1/2 of the batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle batter with remaining cinnamon and sugar. Spoon remaining batter into the pan. Sprinkle small amount of cinnamon and sugar on top.
Bake 45 min at 350 degrees.
Turn cake out on plate immediately.
**May add pecans or walnuts to cinnamon sugar.
