3 minced green onions
4 cloves of garlic minced
1 tbsp dijon mustard
3-4 drops of tabasco
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbsp of red wine vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg yolk
salt and peper to taste

Directions:

mix everything except oil
Gradually add oil
Chill for a min of 3 hours

Serve on romaine, bacon bits, croutons and parmesan cheese
