loaf of Italian bread cut into 1 inch cubes
8 oz ham, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 C fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 C green or red peppers, diced
2 C shredded cheddar cheese

10 eggs, lightly beaten
3 C milk
tsp salt
tsp pepper

Directions:
Layer the first 6 items - twice. Lightly beat the last 4 items and pour over top. Place in the fridge for several hours or overnight. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
