2 quarts dry bread crumbs
⅓ cup chopped onion
1 cup finely chopped celery
2 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp + poultry seasoning
sage to taste

⅔ cup melted butter
broth from cooked giblets to moisten

Directions:
Directions:
Break bread into pieces the night before. Let sit to get crusty.

Next day: Add spices to dried bread pieces. Cook onion and celery in butter until soft, then add to bread. Add broth as needed for moisture.


Stuff in turkey, or cook in casserole dish in oven.
