1 lb ground beef
16 oz refried beans
2 t dried oregano
1 t cumin
¾ t garlic powder
12 lasagna noodles, uncooked
2 C water
1 jar salsa, thick
¾ C onion, chopped
1 jar black olives, small
1 C cheddar cheese, shredded
1 C sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Brown beef, stirring until crumbly, drain. Stir in beans, oregano, cumin, and garlic powder. Mix well. Arrange 1/3 of noodles in lightly greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Layer meat sauce and remaining noodles ending with noodles. Pour mixture of water and salsa over layers. Bake, tightly cover with foil for 1 1/2 hours until noodles are tender. Combine sour cream, onion and olives in medium bowl, mix well. Spread over top layer, top with cheese. Bake again uncovered for 15 minutes longer.
