2 large carrots, grated
2 ribs celery, chopped fine
1 medium onion, grated fine
1 stick margarine, softened
1 egg, beaten slightly
1 box Tam Tam crackers, crushed fine

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add carrots, celery, and onion to Tam Tams.
2. Add egg and margarine.
3. Divide into 3 sections. Roll in foil and freeze.
4. Preheat oven to 350º.
5. Unwrap frozen mixture and bake on cookie sheet for 1 hour, then slice like kishka.

I also tried baking it, slicing and then freezing. Easier to reheat and serve.
