Chicken Spaghetti Recipe

2 c. cooked chopped chicken
7 oz. spaghetti
6 - 8 strips of bacon
1 15 oz can of chopped tomatoes
8 oz tomato juice
1/2 - 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
3 tbsp. diced green pepper
1 medium onion, chopped
1 - 2 cloves of garlic

Fry bacon and break into small pieces,
Saute onion, pepper, and garlic in bacon grease.

Cook spaghetti

Mix all ingredients into large stockpot or dutch oven. Simmer until warmed through.

Be careful when adding tomato juice and soup - add until consistency is like that of a casserole. Can also add bacon grease for more bacon flavor.

Season with salt and pepper.

This is a dish from my childhood - hence the condensed soup. But I still make this and I love it!
