6 bell peppers
2 can tomato soup plus 2 cans soup
1 medium onion, diced or 1 pkg onion soup mix
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg minute rice, cooked
1 egg
salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste

Cut tops off peppers, remove seeds and membranes. Cut small slice from bottom, if necessary, to make stand in pot.
Heat med pot hot water. Add peppers, about 5 min. to soften. Drain upside down on paper towel.

Combine meat, rice (about 1-1 1/2 cups) egg, onion and salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix well.
Stuff peppers with meat combination and place in large pot, standing up. Replace tops on peppers.
Combine tomato soup with 2 can water and add to pot. Cover. Cook 2 hrs on med-low heat.
