Peeled red beans.
Red Onions.
Red Bell Pepper
Scotch Bonnet/Habanero Pepper
Olive Oil
Red Palm Oil
Ground Crayfish
Shrimp
Titus Fish (Mackerel)
Corn Beef
Seasoning- salt, maggi cubes, garlic powder, ginger powder, accent powder, curry, thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Blend the peeled beans, red onions, habanero and bell pepper with water together until smooth.
Add the eggs and blend for smoother texture.
Pour the texture into a bowl and season with ground crayfish and seasonings.
Mix well with a spoon till well combined.
Add the shrimps, corn beef and fish into the mixture.
Add the olive oil and red palm oil (I usually do one spoon each).
Pour in foil pan and bake 20-30 minutes
