2 tri tips
Spade L seasoning
¼ cup brown sugar
salt and pepper
vegetable oil to cover roasts

Directions:
Directions:
Cover the tri tips in oil, mix the Spade L seasoning with brown sugar, rub over the meat. Put in a plastic bag and marinade for at least 1 hour.

Turn barbecue on medium high and sear the tri tips well on each side, turn down to low and cook for 30-35 minutes (medium rare is 130º on an instant read thermometer) remove from grill, tent with foil and let rest 15-20 minutes.
