Lasagna noodles
Spaghetti sauce
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 carton (16 ounces) cottage cheese. (May use ricotta cheese or a combination of both)
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
1/3 cup dried parsley
2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.

In a small bowl, mix egg, cottage cheese, bread crumbs, parsley and salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 325°. Spread 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce into an ungreased 13x9-in. baking dish. Layer with 1/2 of the noodles and a 1/2 of the cottage cheese mixture. Cover with half of the sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Repeat with the rest of noodles, the rest of the cottage cheese mixture and then top with rest of the spaghetti sauce. Add remaining mozzarella cheese on top .

Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
