1 pound sausage
9 eggs
3 cups milk
1 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoons salt
dash pepper
12 slices white bread, crust removed, cubed
1 cups sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown and drain sausage, cool.
2. Beat eggs and milk together. Add seasonings and bread cubes to egg mixture.
3. Fold together sausage and cheese and add to egg mixture. Pour into 9 x 13 ungreased pan and refrigerate overnight.
4. Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before baking. Bake at 350℉ for 1 hour. Cool slightly before cutting.
