½ c flour
1 c cornmeal
1 c cream style corn
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
⅓ c Wesson oil
2 eggs
¾ c grated cheese
1 jalapeño pepper (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º and lightly grease 9x13 baking dish. In large bowl combine all ingredients and pour into baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center of the pan comes out clean.
