cup sugar
2 Tble white wine vinegar
4 tsp garlic, minced
1 Tble Grey Poupon dijon mustard
2 tsp lime juice
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp fresh parsley
tsp dried basil
tsp oregano
tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper

Whisk all ingredients in bowl and microwave for 1 minute or until the mixture bubbles rapidly.

Whisk for 1 minute more until mixture forms emulsion;

Cover and chill for one hour before serving
