32 light caramels
5 T. light cream or evaporated milk
2 c. flour
2 c. quick oatmeal
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 c. butter
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Melt caramels and evaporated milk and let cool slightly.
Mix flour, oatmeal, sugar, salt and butter and pat 1/2 of the mixture into a 9x13 pan
Bake 350 10 minutes
Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts over top
Spoon rest of oatmeal mixture over top
Bake an additional 15-20 minutes longer till golden brown.
