1 c sugar
3 tbs flour
2 eggs beaten
c oleo
1 c buttermilk
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon flavoring
1 c chopped pecans (optional)
1 unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and flour with mixer, add eggs, oleo, buttermilk and flavorings. Mix well. Pour into crust lined pie pan. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes and then reduce heat to 350 bake for 30 minutes.
