Per quart:
Cucumbers
Salt
brown sugar
white sugar
1 quart of vinegar
1 tbs mixed spices (rounded)

Directions:
Directions:
Wash cucumbers, wipe dry. Soak cucumbers in salted water for 24 hours (add enough salt to float an egg). Take out of brine and wipe dry. Cut into inch slices. In medium saucepan add sugars to vinegar and spices. Bring mixture to boil for 10 minutes. Put cucumbers in mixture and bring to a boil and then turn off heat. Pack juice and cucumbers in jars and seal.
