1 cups 1 % buttermilk
cup molasses
cup oil
3 cups natural bran
1 cups flour ( whole wheat, white)
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup frozen blueberries
