1 ¼ cups lukewarm milk
3 cups bread flour
1 ½ tbsp sugar
1 ½ tsp salt
2 tbsp margarine
2 tsp active dry yeast

Directions:
Put knead bar in pan over shaft. Measure milk, warm gently, and add to pan. Measure flour, sugar, and salt; add to pan. Level ingredients. Cut margarine into 4 pieces and place a piece in each corner on top of dry ingredients. Make a shallow well in the centre of dry ingredients; add yeast. Lock pan into machine. Plug in breadmaker. Press START/STOP button to turn on. Bread will be done in 3 hours and 40 minutes. When done, alert will sound and KEEP WARM light will glow. Turn machine off by bolding START/STOP button down until KEEP WARM light goes out. Unlock pan and remove with hot pads. Shake loaf out and place on rack to cool 15 - 30 minutes before slicing.
