2 eggs
1 can pumpkin
1 1/2 cups sugar (or brown sugar)
3 cups milk ( or 1 can pet & 1 cup water)
4 tbsp flour
2/3 tsp cinnamon
2/3 tsp each of nutmeg, ginger, salt
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp syrup or molasses
2 tbsp rum or bourbon dark

Beat all in pan, bring to a boil over medium heat. Bake in unbaked shell in slow oven at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
