Ingredients:  
1 kg mixed fish, maybe some cod, haddock and salmon but can be made with just one fish
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion
2 Cloves of garlic
2 leeks
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 cups white wine
2 cups water
Chopped parsley




Directions:
Directions:
Chop the fish into 2cm cubes

Put the oil in the pan and heat.
Add the finely chopped garlic
Add chopped onion
Add sliced leeks
Cook for a few minutes until tender but donít let them brown
Add the tomatoes, wine, water
Bring to the boil
Add the fish, chopped parsley and oil and boil for 15 minutes

Chop some bread into thick squares and fry in oil or bake in the oven to make croutons
