Mom's Chili Recipe

2 Large Cans Brooks Chili Beans
1-2 Brooks Chili Seasoning Packets
1 Can Kidney Beans - Drained
1 Can Black Beans - Drained
2 Pounds Ground Beef
1 Can Petite Diced Tomatoes
15 - 25 ounces of tomato sauce
Small White Onion - Diced Fine
Small Green Pepper - Diced Fine
Water If Needed

Cook ground beef with 1/2 of a packet of chili seasoning until done.
Drain fat.
Add onions, green pepper and diced tomatoes, cook for about 3-5 minutes.
Add chili beans, kidney beans, black beans, tomato sauce and chili seasoning to taste.
Add water to desired consistency remembering that mixture will thin down as it heats up, but it will thicken as it cooks longer.
Simmer for at least 1 hour, the longer the better.

Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, diced onions and Fritos.
