3 Cups Cooked Rice
1 Pound Lean Ground Beef
1/2 - 1 Cup Chopped Green Pepper
1/2 Cup Chopped Red Pepper
1 Cup Finely Diced White Onion
3 Cloves Minced Garlic
2 Cans (14.5oz each) Petite Diced Tomates
1 3/4 Cups Tomato Sauce
2 Cups Chicken Broth
1/2 tsp Dried Marjoram
Salt and Pepper To Taste

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot brown ground beef and season with salt.
Drain fat, reduce heat to low and add green peppers, red peppers, onion and garlic.
Cook about 5 minutes on low.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, chicken broth, marjoram, salt and pepper.
Cover simmer on low at least 30 minutes.
Add rice to each bowl of soup as you serve it
