8 wooden sticks
8 red delicious apples
1 c. water
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. ligt corn syrup
1/4 c. red-hot candy
1/2 t. red food coloring
Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, sugar, syrup, candy & food coloring together. Bring to a boil (do NOT stir) Boil to about 290º (you may use a brush to brush sugar from side of pan but do not stir.)
Remove and dip apples in mixture, place on wax paper and let cool.
