1lb Ground Hamburger or Turkey
1 - Cup Chopped Onions
2- garlic cloves
1- 30oz jar of chucky spaghetti sauce w/mushrooms & peppers
1 - 10 oz Beef Broth (Campbell's Soup)
2 - cups of Water
1 - cup of celery (sliced)
1 - Teasp of Sugar
1 - Teasp of Salt
- T of Pepper
1 - can of Rotelle diced tomatoes & Green Chilies (Hot/Mild) whatever your preference is.
1 - 16oz. package of Frozen Veggies

Cook first 3 ingredients over Medium heat until meat is crumbled and no longer pink (drain). Add Spagetti sauce and next 6 ingredients bring to boil. Reduce head and simmer stir often (20 min). Stir in Rotelle Tomatoes and mix vegetables return to boil cover and simmer for (10 min).
