Poor Mans Steak Recipe

3 lbs. ground beef
1 cup cold water
1 cup FINE cracker crumbs (Roll in Ziploc bag until very fine)
3 teaspoons salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well and spread 1/2” thick on 10 x 15 *jelly roll” cookie sheet. Chill, when firm, cut in squares. Roll both sides of each square in flour, then brown both sides in oil and put in baking dish.

Cover with 1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup or Cream of Celery, if desired.
Bake @350 for 1 hour.

This recipe can be cut in half. Also, I have frozen the patties, after chilling and cutting into squares to fix another time.
