2 C WHITE VINEGAR
4 C SUGAR
6 C WATER
6 TBS CHILI POWDER
6 TBS ALLSPICE
6 TSP SALT
6 TSP PEPPER

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN LARGE POT

BRING TO BOIL AND SIMMER FOR 30 MINUTES
