1-1/2 C cornmeal
1 C whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 egg, beaten
2 C Buttermilk
2 tablespoons honey

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix together dry ingredients. In separate bowl, mix egg, buttermilk and honey. Add to dry ingredients. Stir until mixed, but not smooth. Pour into cast iron skillet. Bake 20 minutes. You will need to season the skillet afterwards.
