Ingredients:  
2 lbs ham loaf (2/3 ground pork & 1/3 ground ham)
1-1/2 cups cracker crumbs or bread crumbs
1cup milk (m/l)
2eggs

Glaze
1-1/4 c brown sugar
1tsp. Prepared mustard
1/3 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and make a loaf or balls
Glaze
Boil all ingredients together for 10 minutes
After loaf has baked for 1/2 hour, pour glaze over meat. Baste at least 6 times during baking.
If making balls, baste after 10 minutes and every 10 minutes for 1 hour.
Let stand several minutes before serving.
Bake at 350º

I have made this in individual loaves as well, but we like the balls as we get more glaze on each serving.
