head lettuce
bunch fresh spinach
10 oz. bag frozen green peas
1 can water chestnuts
1 pkg fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 bunch green onions, chopped fine
6-8 boiled eggs, peeled and sliced
12 or more strips of bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
2 c grated cheddar cheese
3 c Mayo
3 c Miracle Whip
Parmesan Cheese


Directions:
Directions:
Start with the lettuce. Layer ingredients except for Mayo, Miracle Whip and Parmesan cheese. After layering, mix Mayo and Miracle Whip together and spread on top of salad. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese, cover and refrigerate over night. No need to thaw the peas when layering the salad.
