4 c grated carrots
1½ c raisins
¾ to 1 c Miracle Whip or Helmans
2 Tbsp sugar

Mix all ingredients and put them in the ice box overnight..

Personal Notes:
Put them in the fridge overnight so them little raisins have time to soak up juice. Let set for two days if you want fermented raisins. That's even better.

Danny, notice I used the term ice-box? You taught me that. Just a note, sometimes I add a little pineapple chunks to this salad.
