1 c flour
1 c cornmeal
4 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2/3 c sugar
2 eggs
1 c milk
Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Oven 425
Blend together all ingredients, pour into a greased 12 in iron skillet (or 9 x 13 pan). Cook for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
