1 lb. of round steak, cut in strips
1 T. of paprika
1 c. of chopped onion
1 bell pepper cut in strips
2 T. of cornstarch or 4 T. of flour
2 T. of butter
1¼ c. of beef broth
1 oz. of soy sauce
⅓ c. of water
1 large tomato cut in chunks
1 c. of rice

Directions:
Directions:
Put paprika on steak and let set for 15 minutes.
Cook rice.
Brown steak and onion in butter, then add broth.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Add bell pepper. Cover and cook 5 minutes.
Blend corn starch, water, and soy sauce together until smooth. Add it to meat.
Add cut up tomato and cook until thick.
Serve over rice.
