1/2 c margarine
1/2 c chunky peanut butter
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 c flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine, peanut butter, and sugars together. Add egg and vanilla.
Then blend in dry ingredients.

Shape in 1" balls, and roll in granulated sugar. With a fork, make a cross weave on top of cookie.
Bake at 375º for 10-12 minutes.

Mom made these alot when we were little. We thought we were pretty hot stuff,making the fork marks on the tops of the cookies!
