1 can salmon (15 oz)
2 cups soft bread crumbs
⅓ cup finely minced onion
cup milk
2 eggs
2 Tbsp minced parsley
1 Tbsp lemon juice
tsp salt
tsp dill
dash pepper.

Directions:
Directions:
Drain salmon, reserve 2 Tbsp liquid. Flake salmon. Combine all ingredients and place in well greased loaf pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
