cup granulated sugar
1 Tbsp corn starch
2 cups half and half
2 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp rum

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl mix the sugar and cornstarch with cup half and half. In a medium sauce pan heat 1 cup half and half with butter until the butter is melted. Stir in cornstarch mixture until simmering; cook 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in the rum.
