Ingredients:  
Cucumbers sliced ½ inch thick (may peel and seed large cucumbers - slice in thick chunks)
½ cup line (hydrated)
Two gallons water

Syrup: 8 cups sugar
Three pints vinegar
Two teaspoons salt
one tablespoon whole cloves
One tablespoon
One tablespoon celery seeds
One tablespoon pickling spices

Directions:
Directions:
Soak cucumbers in mixture of lime and water for 24 hours.
Wash and soak pickles in fresh water every hour for four hours.
Make boiling syrup and pour over pickles. Let stand 24 hours.
Boil for approximately one hour, allowing pickles to simmer.
Store in jars.
