8 c. green pepper, ground up using coarse blade on food processor
1 c. ground green tomatoes, ground coarse
2 c. ground onion
1 small head cabbage, ground coarse
10-12 hot peppers, ground (there is no mention of what kind of hot pepper)
salt, to taste
2 pints vinegar
2 spice bags (1 Tbs pickling spice in each)

Directions:

Combine all produce, and let stand overnight. Drain off liquid in AM.

Place in large pot with vinegar, spice bags and 4 pints of water. Bring to boil.

Pour into pint canning jars and seal, according to canning directions.
