2 cans garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1/3 c water
1/4 c lemon juice
3 Tbs olive oil
2 Tbs tahini
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1 tb fresh, chopped cilantro or parsley, for garnish

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except herb in food processor and blend til smooth.

Transfer to serving bowl, sprinkle with choice of herb.

Serve with pita triangles (toasted or not) and/or raw vegetables.
