1 large tart apple, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

Topping

1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup cold butter
3 tablespoons chopped pecans
1/3 cup peach jam

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine the apple, sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg. Put into greased 3-cup baking dish.

For topping, in small bowl combine flour and sugar, cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Stir in pecans. Sprinkle over apple mixture. Drop jam by teaspoonfuls over the top.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until apple slices are tender. Serve warm with ice cream if desired.
