Serves 4-5

Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Beef
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Large [Red] Bell Pepper (optional)
1 clove garlic
15 oz. Tomato Sauce
Olives, green (to taste)
½ cup Raisins
¼ cup cooking wine
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
Pinch of dried oregano

Preparation
Sauté onion, (bell pepper) in hot olive oil, add garlic last 2 min. of sautéing.
Add meat and cook for 10 min., stirring so it won’t stick. Drain fat
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 min. Serve over rice.
