2 ¼ cups Flour
1 cup Sugar
½ cup Brown sugar
2 sticks (1 cup) Unsalted Butter
1 Egg
¼ cup Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Kosher Salt
2 cups Chocolate Chips

1) Pre-heat oven to 375º
2) Cream together butter and both sugars
3) Add egg, milk, and Vanilla Extract to butter and sugar mixture
4) Sift dry ingredients together and add 1/3 at a time until incorporated
5) Add chocolate chips
6) Place six cookies onto a standard sheet pan and bake for 12-14 minutes or until a light golden brown.

Recipe yields about 3 dozen cookies
For crispy all the way through cook a minute or two longer until totally golden brown in the oven.
