1 Pkg large puff pastry squares
3 McIntosh apples, peeled, cored and cut into quarters
2 ½ bars Rosmerie chocolate
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Mix cinnamon and sugar together. Coat apple quarter with cinnamon and sugar. Place apple and 2 pieces of Rosmerie chocolate inside puff pastry square and close tightly.
Bake for 45 min or until puffed and golden.
Serve warm with generous shaking of confectioners sugar on each one (or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream).
